Since 2009 Davide Pistaceci is Founding and Managing Partner at Galaxy M63.

He leads complex projects of organizational transformation and performance improvement: role and job design, innovation and improvement of working methods and operational processes. He supports the management of client companies throughout all the phases of project evaluation, implementation and results measurement. He works in the field, in close contact with the teams and resources of client companies.

He looks after the development of leadership and high-performance teams, organizational change strategies and projects, individual coaching programs for the resources with high potential or growing towards new responsibilities.

He is expert in Lean organization and instructor for Lean competencies certification.

For 20+ years he held leadership roles in the Human Resources field of modernly organized companies, both locally and internationally, and led change programs, M&A’s and high-level labor relations. He still operates as a Temporary Manager in senior HR roles.

He graduated in Law at Università degli Studi in Milan. He is Lean Green Belt Trainer certified by Lean Institute ® Germany. He obtained the qualification for the use of occupational tests and assessment tools.
