The present privacy information notice on personal data processing, in compliance with the articles 13 (Privacy Policy) of the Legislat. Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, Personal Data Protection Code, and of the Regulation UE 2016/679 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons in the scope of the processing of their personal data and the free movement of such data within the EU, is aimed at clarifying the modalities of personal data processing for the users of the present Web Site.
Personal data processing is subject to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency as well as the protection of confidentiality and the freedom rights of the user, the data subject.

2. Subject of the privacy information notice and purposes of the data processing
The present privacy information notice concerns the processing related to the conferment, collection and subsequent operations done on personal data of the users of this Web Site, through the navigation in its pages and, especially, through the tools of information request and personal data conferment by means of e-mail messages, contact forms and similar operations.
The processing of data generically provided (so-called navigation data, such as, for instance, anonymous data on visits) will be done, following an automatic collection, for the sole purpose of verification and control of the accesses to the Web Site. This also applies to technical cookies, to be understood as session cookies, functionality cookies or analytics. As regards these last ones, in particular, the website provides the IP address anonymization, also in conformity to the clarifications of the Italian Privacy Guarantor. The collection and use of the above-mentioned navigation data (without prejudice to the IP address anonymization) allow to monitor the performance of the Web Site and allow to improve the offered service, guaranteeing a better navigation experience for the User.
We remember that, in any case, the User, in order to disable the autonomous transmission of his personal information to Google Analytics service, can follow the instructions of this link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=it. The processing of data directly provided by the Users through e-mail messages or contact forms-filling, instead, will be only aimed at providing the requested information.
Sending these e-mail messages to the e-mail addresses, generic and non-generic, highlighted within the Web Site, filling the field of contact forms, as well as filling in, autonomously and voluntarily, in the free field of contact forms data and information, will imply the acquisition of the provided data. This will allow the Web Site to reply the requests and provide the appropriate information, as well conclude the online procedure launched by the User.
The Users are kindly requested to not provide sensitive data (namely those data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, or party, trade union, association or organization membership of a religious, philosophical, political or union nature, those data revealing a natural person's health and sex life, as well as genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, and personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences, namely those data revealing criminal proceedings, at fault these data will not be taken into consideration and the Controller won't be held into account for it. Only exceptionally, the potential sensitive and legal data provided by the Users by means of e-mail messages having as subject line information request, will be processed for the saranno oggetto di trattamento for the sole purpose of providing the data Subject with the requested information.
With regard to the spontaneous receiving of curricula sent by job applicants through the website or to the e-mail addresses indicated, it is reminded that, during the potential first contact following the curriculum send, a brief privacy information notice similar to the present one will be repeated, even orally.
3. Modalities of the processing
The Users are informed that all personal data concerning them will be processed in full respect of the Code and the European Regulation with regard to personal data protection. Personal identifying data provided by the Users will flow into the Web Site data bank and will be processed through IT procedures by the Controller's operators, collaborators and partners, with modalities that ensure their confidentiality and security and that are strictly strettamente correlated to the above-mentioned purposes.
4. Categories of personal data recipients
No personal data generically provided by the Users will be communicated to third parties (except the communication to the competent Authority, in the case that the execution of illegal activities is under
inspection), let alone spread. The exceptions are navigation data and similar ones (for which the attention is drawn to what is indicated above), as well as third parties' profiling cookies (for which the attention is drawn to the Cookie Policy of the present Web Site), which will be communicated to the respective involved third parties, in the event that the latter ones don't manage them directly as Controller.
According to the purpose and methodology of the specific processing of personal data specifically provided by the Users, they will be communicated to the Controller's collaborators for purposes strictly connected with the collaboration (professionals, commercial business partners commerciali and similars).
Data will circulate internally within the Controller's organization only through Processors and/or Responsible persons expressly appointed and instructed, for which the attention is drawn to the specific preceding paragraph.
5. Nature of processed data and consequences for any refusal
The conferment of data relating to Users' navigation, for above-mentioned purposes, depends on the privacy degree that the User has enabled or disabled through his browser. In some cases the disablement may compromise the navigation in the present Web Site. For determined forms of the presente Web Site, the conferment of navigation data and/or the use of technical cookies is compulsory for the correct functioning of the Web Site.
Other data relating to the potential procedure of form sending, such as name/surname/e-mail address, are compulsory, at fault the same procedure won't be concluded.
The conferment of all other data is optional, in accordance with the type of information that the User is willing to provide to the Web Site.
6. Data retention period
Data will be processed for the entire duration of the established contractual relationship and also afterwards for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for commercial purposes, if the Data Subject gave his consent.
7. Data Subject rights
Lastly, the Web Site's Users are informed that they are entitled to exercise the rights indicated in the UE Regulation 2016/679 concerning personal data protection, provided below, by sending a request, addressed to the Controller, as described and identified above, in paper form to the aforementioned address or to the e-mail address dataprotection@galaxym63.com.
Art. 15: The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information:
a) the purposes of the processing;
b) the categories of personal data concerned;
c) the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations;
d) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
e) the existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing;
f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
g) where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source;
h) the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.
Art. 20: The data subject shall have the right to exercise his or her right to data portability.
