Since 2009 Elvezia Sironi is Founding and Managing Partner at Galaxy M63.

She leads complex projects of organizational transformation and performance improvement: role and job design, innovation and improvement of working methods and operational processes. She supports the management of client companies throughout all the phases of project evaluation, implementation and results measurement. She works in the field, in close contact with the teams and resources of client companies.

She looks after the processes for talent and professional development assessment, individual coaching programs for the resources with high potential or growing towards new responsibilities.

She is expert in Lean organization and instructor for Lean competencies certification.

She worked for 10+ years in an international organization, where she gained a solid background in Human Resources development, both in the industrial and commercial field.

She graduated in Adult Education at Bicocca University in Milan. She is Lean Green Belt Trainer certified by Lean Institute ® Germany. She obtained the qualification for the use of occupational tests and assessment tools.

She is a Professional ICF-associated Coach.
