The learning process does not end with the theory. Making a skill one's own requires continuous training, in an experimentation - feedback - experimentation scheme. This is the only way to achieve better results.
Feedback also plays an important role. Exchanging it within a team in a peer-to-peer logic allows to trigger a dynamic of sharing best practices, thus gaining a greater awareness of one's skills and margins for improvement.
We strongly believe in these concepts and have made them our own in designing the Boot Camp, creating a context that favors their implementation and the continuous improvement of performance.
The Boot Camp represents the model for the continuous training of Medical Affairs field professionals in interacting with HCPs.
It is realized through the learning of Relational Intelligence theoretical models, initially tested in the classroom, then put into practice live in F2F interactions with HCPs, followed by the exchange of improvement-oriented feedback by managers, colleagues and trainers.
The focus of the live F2F interaction with HCP is calibrated from time to time according to specific improvement needs in the execution of the relational process, or some of its phases, in the management of objections or in addressing relevant medical-scientific positioning issues.
